We've updated how billing and shipping work for The Coveted to make things smoother and more flexible for our members. Here's what's new.
No more cutoff date. The Coveted is now always open. The moment you join, you're enrolled in the current month's box. Your membership bills monthly on the date you join, so if you sign up on the 5th, you're billed the 5th of every month going forward. Your box ships toward the end of that same month.
6-month and annual members: shipping is now billed monthly instead of all at once. You're charged once upfront for the box itself, then billed a small separate monthly shipping fee, so you're never hit with a huge lump sum for shipping upfront.
Want your billing date moved to better fit your schedule? Just email us and we can adjust your charge date starting with your September billing cycle. We'll also be sending this out via email, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Cancellation, pausing, and skipping a month all still work the same protective way they always have, just email us your request. Full details on all of this live on our FAQ page.
