Holo Flare Holographic Liquid Liner

Holo Flare - a fiery orange shade with a shift of yellow and a touch of green, all topped off with a holographic sparkle. 

These eyeliners are 100% waterproof and smudge proof.

They will not come off with oils or water. To remove use makeup remover.

Apply in a thin layer, allow to dry then apply another layer.

Shake well before use, you will hear beads moving around in your tube.
