Every product is handmade, customized, bottled, and labeled in *Nova Scotia, Canada. All formulas are created by us, and at any point we may discontinue or reformulate any product without notice. We only use FDA-approved cosmetic grade ingredients.

Yes, they are! All of our products are *vegan, **cruelty-free, and **handmade in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Most of our pictures are taken in natural light. We have many different shifty eyeshadows that can only be captured in the right lighting and angle. We do not edit our photos to alter the colors at all. Our product descriptions are based on the colors we see when we swatch our shadows.

Processing time for each order is normally *3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated. During sales, processing time can be up to **15 business days.

Please Note: If you choose *1–2 Day Express Shipping* at checkout, it does *not* include processing time. Once the package is scanned by UPS is when the 1–2 day transit time will start.

Our sales are offered as surprise pop-up events and are available for a limited time only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide price adjustments for orders placed before a sale begins. Sales are valid for *new orders only.

Yes we send out PR packages. When selecting PR partners, we look for new and upcoming talent daily and will reach out if we are interested. We look for individuals who are active on their social accounts and our page, who are passionate about beauty, and who are willing to work with us and review our products.

Paid Shine By SD Cosmetics gift cards *never expire* and can be redeemed at any time.

Promotional or complimentary gift cards, bonus credits, or special offers may carry an expiration date. Once expired, these promotional gift cards cannot be reissued, extended, or redeemed.

  • Correct Address – If your address is incorrect and your package is returned to us, shipping costs for a new label may apply. Once a shipping label is scanned by the carrier, we cannot edit an address without the purchase of a new label.
  • Discount Codes – Orders will not be cancelled or edited if a discount code was not entered before checkout.
  • Cancelling Orders – We do not cancel orders that are already in process, so please make sure you are 100% certain with your purchase.

For all US destinations, Our products are tariff exepmt. So no additional fees for you.

International destinations, duties, import taxes, are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay is final — no additional fees upon delivery.

If you refuse your package for any reason and your package is returned or discarded by the shipping carrier, you will not receive a refund. We are not responsible for duty fees at the time of delivery if you do not prepay at checkout. By placing an order with Shine By SD Cosmetics, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Due to the rising cost of ingredients, some new products or shades may launch at a higher price, and existing prices may be adjusted. Price increases may occur without notice.

If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email and we will help resolve the issue and help file a claim with the shipping currier.

We try our best to secure your items for transit; however, shipping carriers can be rough with packages. We have package protection that can be added to every order. You can find it under the Add-ons Tab. This ensures that if your package arrives damaged, you’ll receive a replacement or store credit.

Shine By SD Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once the package begins transit. By not purchasing  package protection, you are agreeing to these terms.

We strive to provide excellent service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you choose to return your order, please note the following terms:

  • Refund Eligibility: If your items are return eligible and you decide to return your order and request a refund, the refund will be processed for the item(s) purchased, minus applicable fees.
  • Shipping Fees: Any shipping fees incurred during the initial order or return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Duties and Taxes: Duties, taxes, or customs fees, whether paid by you or included in the order, will not be refunded.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the items.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging.
