By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–10 business days. During sales or high-volume periods, this may extend to 15 business days. Express shipping transit time begins once your package is scanned by the carrier — it does not include processing time.

Order Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address and apply any discount codes before submitting your order. We are unable to edit addresses once a label has been scanned, apply discount codes retroactively, or cancel orders that are already in process.

Duties & Taxes: US customers are not subject to tariffs — the price paid at checkout is final. For international orders, any duties or taxes assessed at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiver. If a package is refused and returned or discarded by the carrier for any reason, a refund will not be issued.

Color & Product Disclaimer: Product colors may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, skin tone, and application method. Our photos are taken in natural and studio lighting with minimal editing and are as accurate as possible. Shade descriptions are based on our in-house swatches.

Sales & Price Adjustments: All sales are surprise pop-up events valid for new orders only. Price adjustments cannot be applied to orders placed before a sale begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards: Paid gift cards never expire. Promotional or complimentary gift cards carry an expiration date and cannot be reissued once expired.
