Activate My Liner is a clear gel liquid that will turn any pigment to a waterproof liner
These eyeliners are 100% waterproof and smudge proof.
They will not come off with oils or water. To remove use makeup remover.
Apply in a thin layer, allow to dry then apply another layer.
