Navigating New U.S. Tariffs: What Our U.S. Customers Need to Know

As many of you know, the landscape of international shipping can change, and we want to keep you fully in the loop. A big portion of our Shine By SD family is based in the U.S., and we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. Without you, there really is no Shine By SD!

Why the New Tariff Fee?

Recently, there have been some changes to how tariffs are handled on products shipped into the United States. To keep things smooth, we’re now including a tariff fee at checkout. We do not want to remove US shipping option from our website as we still have customers in the US purchasing products.  This helps us cover those costs upfront, so your order can get out the door and on its way to you without extra delays.

What to Expect with Your Orders

We’re still shipping all orders as usual — including pre-orders. Just note that because of the extra steps involved in ensuring each shipment is compliant, you might see a slight delay in processing. We’re working as quickly and carefully as we can to make sure your package arrives smoothly.
