Restock/Return Policy

  3. Duties and Taxes: Duties, taxes, or customs fees, whether paid by you or included in the order, will not be refunded.

  4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the items.

  5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging.
