Are Your Products Vegan And Cruelty Free?
Yes they are! All of our products are Vegan , Cruelty free and handmade in Nova Scotia, Canada.
How long is processing time?
Processing time for each order is normally 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated. During sales processing time can be up to 15 business days.
Please Note: If you choose 1-2 Days Express Shipping at checkout it does NOT include processing time. Once the package is scanned by UPS is when the 1-2 days will start.
Why Do My Products Look Different Then Website Photos?
Most of our pictures are taken in natural light. We have alot of different shifty eyeshadows that can only be captures in the right lighting and angle. We do not edit our photos to alter the colors at all! Our product descriptions are based on colors we seen when we swatch our shadows.
I Placed An Order Before A Sale Started.
We have popup sales randomly , If you've placed an order before our sale started we cannot refund you the difference.
Make Sure To Double Check The Following.
Correct Address - If your address is incorrect and your package is returned to us shipping cost for a new label may apply. Once a shipping label is scanned by the currier, we cannot edit an address without the purchase of a new label.
Discount Codes - Orders will not be cancelled or edited if a discount code was not enter before checking out.
Canceling Orders - We do no cancel orders that are in process so please make sure your are 100% certain with your purchase.
If you refuse your package for any reasons, For example duty/ import fees and your package is returned or discarded by the shipping currier , you will not receive a refund. We are not responsible for duty fees at the time of delivery. By placing a order with Shine By SD Cosmetics you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Where are ShineBySD products manufactured and sourced?
Every product is handmade , customized, bottled and labeled in Nova Scotia, Canada. All formulated by us, at any point we may discontinue or reformulate any product without notice. We only use FDA approved cosmetic grade ingredients.
Do we send out PR packages?
We currently are not looking for PR’s. When selecting PRs , we look for new and upcoming talent daily. We will reach out to you if we are interested. We look for individuals who are active on their social accounts and our page, people who are passionate about beauty and who would be willing to work with us and review our products.

Due to the cost of our ingredients. Depending on the new product or shade launched may result in a price increase. Price increases may happen without notice.
