Shipping Policy

Shipping Damages We take great care in packaging every order securely before it leaves our hands. However, once a package is in transit, handling is outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we will send a replacement, issue a gift card, or process a refund.

Lost Packages If your tracking hasn't updated in an unusual amount of time or your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@shinebysdcosmetics.com and we'll help file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you believe it has been stolen, please contact your local carrier and file a report. We recommend also checking with neighbors or your building management. We are unable to be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Carrier Responsibility Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to them. We will always do our best to support you in resolving any issues that arise during transit.
