Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below outlines our cancellation policy for any recurring, preorder, or subscription-based purchases made with Shine By SD Cosmetics.
Preorders
Preorders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@shinebysdcosmetics.com.
After 24 hours, production or fulfillment may have begun, and cancellations are no longer available.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you have an active subscription (for example, restock alerts, pigment bundles, or recurring purchases), you may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.
To cancel, log in to your customer account or contact us at info@shinebysdcosmetics.com.
Cancellations made after billing will apply to the next cycle.
General Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed/ processing has started. Each product is handmade and custom-prepared; for this reason, we’re unable to guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Return Policy and at the discretion of Shine By SD Cosmetics for approved cases (e.g., defective or damaged items).
