Texture & Formula: This is a flaky-texture formula designed for maximum sparkle and dimension. Lightweight yet impactful, this shade lays beautifully on a tacky base and layers easily for in tense shine.

How to Use: For best results, use over a primer or glitter glue. Apply with a flat brush or fingertip to intensify the base and sparkle.
