Gorgeous Liquid Liner

Gorgeous is a blackened amethyst purple with small pink specks.

These eyeliners are 100% waterproof and smudge proof.

They will not come off with oils or water. To remove use makeup remover.

Apply in a thin layer, allow to dry then apply another layer.

Shake well before use.
