No Budge Loose Pigment Base

No Budge is a clear gel used for a loose pigment.

Does not have a tacky feel, recommend for loose pigments/ flakes.

Once dried down is 100% waterproof and smudge proof. Will not come off with oils or water. To remove use makeup remover.

Mix pigment with base or apply in a thin layer then tap loose pigment/flakes ontop.
